What are the statistics needed on a man’s comp card, and what should the font look like?

What are your recommendations as to the type, size and data that should be on a Model's comp card?

Dear Jim:

The stats for a man’s comp card should include: Height, Suit, Neck/Sleeve, Waist, Inseam, Shoe, Hair, Eyes, Unions, Special Skills, (Good body parts) like Good Hands legs etc...

The type size should be very readable and easy on the eyes.
